Hello, I’m Helen Rubio.

Helen Haeyeon Rubio, AMFT 140595

I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in perinatal mental health, and helping women, new moms, and their partners heal emotional wounds and cultivate a life that is deeply fulfilling.

You’re the one people depend on. You’re often praised for being calm and collected, while feeling stretched thin and overwhelmed on the inside. You’re feeling alone and disconnected from your loved ones, even guilty about wanting to rest and have time for yourself—not where you envisioned yourself when dreaming of starting a family.

It is courageous of you to recognize where you are now and where you want to get to. There is hope for you to have a life where you feel supported and confident in your new role as a parent.

Together, we’ll gently and thoughtfully move from feeling stuck, towards healing, so that you can feel whole and empowered to be more present and confident in your life and with your loved ones.
